In the living room,  there is a 27" TV, surround sound stereo with a cassette / tape radio.

The yard is well kept with chairs for sitting outside under the coconut trees.

 

This nicely decorated vacation home features a queen beds in two of the bedrooms and twin beds in the third bedroom. One bathroom is attached to the master bedroom and the other is separate for the other two bedrooms.

Deli and Mac Layaoen live in their home behind the rental house and will be happy to provide you with lots of information on where to go on the island, The teach ballroom dancing so ask where the good dancing is to be found on Kauai. Mac is an Electronic Technician at the Pacific Missile Range Facility at Barking Sands. Deli is a cook at the Sheraton Kauai Hotel in Poipu. They are parents of grown children

RATES

  • $100 per night for 2 persons minimum 4 nights.
  • 2002 / 03 Christmas rates - 12/20 - 1/5 add $50 night
  • Cleaning fee of $50
  • One extra person add $15 per night
  • Two extra persons add $20 per night
  • Three extra persons add $25 per night
  • Four extra persons add $30 per night
Deposits payable by VISA , MC, check or money order. A 4.167% State tax and a 8.75% Hotel tax apply. The deposit is refundable up to 30 days before arrival or 60 days before Christmas.( Note: $20 of the deposit is non-refundable).The remainder is due 30 days before arrival (60 days before Christmas).
